SME Fast Track is available to small to medium enterprises operating within the ERDF Priority 3 areas of Birmingham and the Black Country.
We’ve teamed up with two leading private partners that have decades of expertise within business development; Winning Moves and Winning Pitch – so you’re in good hands.
SME Fast Track consists of three simple stages, which will have an immediate impact on your business:
1. Specialist business advice
We’ll begin with a diagnostic session where a business expert will analyse your current situation and help you focus on tangible and realistic targets for the future.
2. High impact workshops
To achieve these targets, you’ll have the opportunity to learn vital skills in workshops across a number of areas, such as marketing & communications, access to new markets, sales techniques and access to finance.
3. Opportunities to attend trade shows
You’ll then get the chance to attend any relevant events to meet new customers as growing your order book is what we’re all about.
Once you’ve completed the programme, you’ll also be eligible to move forward onto one of our aligned projects, delivered through Winning Moves, which offers growing companies further business support and the possibility of match-funded grants of up to £10,000.
